More About Me

My name is Christalee Crary. I am an organizational consultant and Certified Working Genius Facilitator with 20+ years of experience across higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate settings. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I use the Working Genius framework, along with performance psychology, to help teams unlock productivity, improve communication, and build psychologically healthy cultures.

I understand that performance is about more than strategy or skill. Through my work with leaders, teams, and athletes, I help individuals understand how they are wired to contribute and how to work in ways that are sustainable rather than draining. My cross-industry leadership experience has shown me that Working Genius principles can be applied effectively across organizational contexts, guiding individuals and organizations from frustration to clarity and from burnout to purposeful momentum.
